Speech-Language Pathology

Two speech-language pathologists who provide assessment and treatment of orofacial myofunctional disorders, pediatric feeding disorders, and speech sound disorders, across all age groups.

Sabine Goldberg completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Western Ontario in 2007 followed by her Masters in Speech-Language Pathology at New York University in 2012. She holds her license through the College of Audiologists and Speech -Language Pathologist (CASLPO) and is a member of Speech-Language and Audiology of Canada (SAC). Sabine has experience in a variety of settings since commencing her career including hospitals and private clinics, treating both adults and children with a variety of cognitive, communication and swallowing impairments. In 2016, Sabine took an interest in orofacial myofunctional disorders after completing course work through the Academy of Orofacial Myofunctional Therapy (AOMT). Sabine opened Justbreathe in 2017 as the first speech-language pathologist in London to offer orofacial myofunctional therapy. Educating patients and families to improve and maximize their orofacial skills (breathing, swallowing, chewing and speech) is her passion. Sabine continues to build strong collaborative relationships with other healthcare professionals in order to provide her patients with the highest level of care. She has continued to attend a number of conferences and taken additional course work geared to treat both the paediatric and adult populations with orofacial myofunctional disorders (OMDs) including certificates of training with AOMT, IAOM and Buteyko Breathing.

Amy Trembley-Prevost is a speech-language pathologist with over 20 years of professional experience. Amy received her degrees at University of Kansas and State University of New York at Buffalo. Since beginning her career as a speech-language pathologist, she has had the opportunity to work with a variety of populations in a number of different settings (home based, hospital, rehabilitation and private practice). Amy holds her license through the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologist (CASLPO) and is a member of Speech-Language and Audiology Canada. Over the last 4 years Amy has focused her energy in the assessment and treatment of infants and toddlers with feeding and the development of oral awareness. Additionally, she provides assessment and treatment for kids of all ages, teens and adults with orofacial myofunctional disorders that impact jaw function, chewing & swallowing, speech and sleep related challenges. She has received training through the International Academy of Orofacial Myology and taken extensive instruction through Talk Tools, and attended pediatric feeding conferences and courses. Amy collaborates with a number of other health care professionals in order to provide excellent patient-centred care. She is passionate about her ability to advocate for and to help improve the quality of life for her patients and their families.
